Drawing inspiration from my ongoing apprenticeship in the Q'ero lineage, an ancient shamanic tradition from the Andes, this 30-minute session is shaped by the profound wisdom and powerful energy work I've been privileged to learn. My journey in this tradition has been guided by teachers here in the U.S., allowing me to integrate these ancient practices. This work is also deeply enriched by my training in sound healing principles. I've blended these approaches to create a unique opportunity to gently guide your energetic body back into its natural state of balance and alignment.
