Join us for a powerful evening where movement and sound merge to guide you into deep release, renewal, and balance.
On Wednesday, March 12th, at 7:30 PM at Yoga Gallery DT, experience Somatic Activated Healing (SAH Method) with Magnetic Mermaid, to the deeply restorative live sound bath & music with Amanda of SageWave Sound.
The evening begins with the SAH Method, an embodied practice that blends ecstatic dance, breathwork, and mantra, helping you move through stored emotions, awaken your energy, and realign with your authentic self. Amanda will provide the live music for the SAH Method class and end with a relaxing 20-minute sound bath, weaving the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and more to bring deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Brittany is A certified Zura Health Coach and in The SAH Method where she supports people in releasing the emotional baggage to reclaim their authenticity and confidence.
