Ever walk into a space and it just feels off?

In this free sound healing workshop and mini sound experience, we’ll explore simple ways to shift stagnant energy, both in your space and within your own body.

We’ll work with a few different approaches, including sacred smoke, sound, and the vibration of your own voice. You’ll learn how these tools are used to clear and reset energy, and you’ll have a chance to experience them for yourself in a really approachable way.

There will be a brief demonstration of sacred smoke, along with smoke-free options using sound.

We’ll also explore how vibration moves through the body, often described through systems like the chakras, in a way that feels grounded and easy to understand.
