This is a peaceful evening group sound bath experience held in the Sagewave Sanctuary space. The experience supports nervous system regulation and energetic balance within a calm, restorative setting.
Gentle sound can help signal the nervous system that it’s safe to relax, allowing the body and mind to settle. The session unfolds as a gentle sound journey, using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, soft drumming, and other resonant instruments to create a layered, immersive experience.
To honor the sanctuary space and keep the experience spacious and intentional, participation is limited to seven people. The sanctuary includes six resting spaces: three anti-gravity chairs and three 4-inch memory foam floor mats, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
